These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of veloura.moda and any purchase made through Veloura.
Veloura is operated by Melivo LLC, a company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them.
1. Online Store Terms
You may use our website and purchase products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, interfere with, or compromise the security or operation of the website or the rights of Veloura or third parties.
2. Our Role as Retailer
Veloura is an independent multi-brand online retailer.
Products are sourced and fulfilled through a network of established suppliers, distributors, fulfillment partners, and logistics providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Veloura is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official representative of the designer brands displayed on this website.
Brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, sizes, and availability.
Because inventory may be synchronized with external fulfillment sources, availability can change rapidly.
Placing an order does not guarantee that an item remains available until fulfillment has been confirmed.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
4. Product Images and Colors
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.
However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device characteristics, and other factors outside our control.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Product prices may change without prior notice before an order is placed.
Once an order has been accepted, the applicable purchase price is the price shown during checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply separately where disclosed.
6. Pricing and Information Errors
Despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, typographical, technical, pricing, inventory, or product-data errors may occasionally occur.
Where permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to correct an error and, when necessary, cancel an affected order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the amount collected for the canceled item will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
incorrect pricing or product information;
product unavailability;
shipping or payment restrictions;
legal or regulatory requirements; or
orders that appear intended for unauthorized commercial resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers available during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized billing and payment information.
Payment methods may be unavailable for certain countries, territories, currencies, customers, or transactions because of payment-provider requirements, financial regulations, sanctions, risk controls, or applicable law.
Veloura does not guarantee the availability of every payment method in every location.
9. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through suppliers, fulfillment partners, and international logistics providers and may be dispatched from facilities in the United States or Europe.
Shipping availability, processing times, delivery estimates, costs, customs obligations, and destination restrictions are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Restricted Destinations
Veloura does not accept or fulfill orders for destinations that cannot be supported because of applicable law, regulatory requirements, payment-processing restrictions, carrier limitations, sanctions, or fulfillment constraints.
The current list of unsupported destinations is provided in our Shipping Policy and may change when applicable restrictions change.
11. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government or carrier charges.
Unless expressly stated as included during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for determining whether products may lawfully be imported into their destination.
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Do not return merchandise without first receiving authorization and return instructions from Veloura.
13. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment processing has begun.
14. Intellectual Property
The Veloura name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other content created by or for Veloura are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party product images, brand names, trademarks, logos, descriptions, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors where applicable.
Nothing on this website grants any right to use third-party intellectual property except as permitted by law.
15. User Conduct
You must not use the website to:
engage in unlawful activity;
submit fraudulent or misleading information;
attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
transmit malicious code;
scrape, interfere with, or disrupt the website in an abusive manner;
